Better yourself daily. This is a true lifestyle change, and I believe in taking this journey one step at a time. Every decision, every day, every habit…it all adds up so make it count.
and I hope to be your new fitness coach. After gaining and losing the same 30-50 pounds every few years, I reached my highest weight in 2023. Most of my family suffers from health conditions, and I was on that same path as I became prediabetic. Fortunately that same year, I made a simple decision: restarting. I’ve now lost nearly 70 pounds while putting on muscle mass, and I’m in the best shape of my life at 32 years old.
That said, this journey has felt incredibly different from my others. Not only because this is the first time I’ve documented my weight loss online, but something clicked mentally. I realized that my physical health did not align with the rest of my identity. It was not an accurate representation of how I carry myself in life. This is the mindset shift I weave into my coaching style.
I believe making incremental adjustments toward your new lifestyle helps ensure long term success. This is why I focus on bettering yourself daily, as your daily habits lead to your quality of life. So, we start there. You don’t need to change everything overnight, this is not a quick fix. We don’t bring temporary solutions to long-term problems. Rather, I will teach you to evolve your habits over time. I’m looking forward to supporting you working towards becoming your best self.
I’ve lost nearly 70 pounds and gained muscle mass, all while working full-time in a highly competitive Tech company, starting and growing my 1:1 coaching business, becoming a certified personal trainer, and enjoying my food.
What is online coaching and how does it work?
With me as your coach, you’ll follow a structured workout program and nutrition guidance plan designed to help you build confidence and consistency. This program includes hands-on coaching through check-ins, educational resources, and overall mindset coaching to support your long-term success. As part of the program, you'll have access to:
✔️ Group calls where I will lead a masterclass on varying topics. We will also discuss wins, challenges, and strategies to keep you moving forward
✔️ Coaching calls for deeper guidance and accountability
✔️ Infographics and educational content to help you understand training, nutrition, and mindset shifts
The minimum commitment is 3 months, but many clients love the experience and continue their journey with me longer!
What is the difference between online coaching and in-person personal training?
Online coaching:
- Location flexibility: Can be provided from anywhere in the world
- More frequent communication:, which allows you and I numerous touch points throughout the week as opposed to just a few sessions a month.
- Includes mindset focus: Working with me incorporates mindset and behavioral change more than in-person trainers.
- Community building: Additional opportunity for you to form relationships with other women who are also receiving coaching by me.
- More affordable: Is significantly cheaper than a normal PT service.
In-person training:
- Less frequent communication: May not have as much communication in between sessions and may not be as focused on mindset and behavioral change.
- Increased accountability: However, in person training tends to have increased accountability due to the expectation of someone meeting you at the gym.
How does communication work with you during coaching?
Here are the primary ways that we will stay in contact:
- 24/7 direct in-app 1:1 chat… literally message me anytime
- helpful prompts, tips, and health moments from my own day to help keep you locked in (sent multiple times a week)
- weekly detailed feedback in response to submitted weekly check-in
- monthly group community I feel like this is this calls that are open to all clients
- weekly 1:1 video calls to discuss weekly progress and next steps for the week ahead (additional cost)
What kind of support and follow-up can I expect from you?
I will be by your side throughout the whole journey to motivate & help you via the in-app chat. There I will write any feedback on training sessions & check-ins. You can also message at any time, about anything! If you have questions, need a little extra motivation or just want to update me on how everything is going.
That being said, I can not and do not hold your hand every day of coaching. You need to have a reasonable degree of self-accountability and need to ensure to submit the weekly check-ins. Otherwise, there’s only so much I can do.
If you upgrade to my premium packages with weekly live calls, I keep it real with you and am able to provide real-time immediate support and in some cases tough love (my clients love these calls)!
What does coaching cost?
I update my pricing occasionally and it differs based on package. Please fill out the form on my website and I will provide pricing when I reach out to you.
How often do I get a new diet and exercise plan?
This may vary, but generally each of my workout programs last for 4 weeks. For weeks where you may be traveling or out of town, I can give you alternate workouts if you let me know in advance.
For nutrition guidance, you are able to eat the foods you prefer as long as you stay in your target calories and macros. That said, I give you meal options as suggestions on how to do so effectively, which may update every couple of weeks. I also give you direct feedback on how to make adjustments to the foods you’re already eating if you don’t use my meal guides.
What type of recipes are in the meal plans?
My focus is on teaching you how to build a well-balanced plate, rather than just following a set meal plan. My approach, which I call "batch prep," provides recipes for cooking individual components of a healthy plate—making it easy to mix and match meals that fit your lifestyle.
Beyond just recipes, my nutrition guidance includes:
✔️ How to construct a balanced plate with proteins, carbs, and fats
✔️ Smart grocery shopping strategies
✔️ How to read nutrition labels and make informed choices
✔️ Tips for balancing eating out while staying on track
✔️ A sustainable approach to nutrition that works for real life
This program isn’t about strict dieting—it’s about learning how to fuel your body in a way that feels good and works long-term!
How often do you need to exercise?
I recommend three times per week minimum, but ideally five times a week including cardio. I also give all my clients a suggested step goal!
