and I hope to be your new fitness coach. After gaining and losing the same 30-50 pounds over and over, I reached my highest weight in 2023. I didn’t know it at the time, but I had likely already tipped into being pre-diabetic. Fortunately that same year, I made a simple decision: restarting. I’ve now lost 60 pounds for good without tracking or eliminating any food. And yes, I incorporate this approach into my programs!
Once I decided to document this last weight loss attempt online, the response to my story was overwhelming with one main theme: relatability. What I once saw as a failure has turned into a blessing, as I now have the opportunity to coach women like you to become the best version of themselves.
I believe making incremental adjustments toward your new lifestyle helps ensure long term success. We’ll take it bit by bit, while also making each step of your journey rewarding.
